2023 Spring Release
2022 Cep Vineyards Hopkins Rosé, Russian River Valley
The 2022 Hopkins Rosé of Pinot noir is fresh, bright, and immediately gratifying.
2022 Cep Vineyards Hopkins Sauvignon Blanc, Russian River Valley
The nose on the 2022 Hopkins features pomelo, grapefruit, and lime citrus aromas with a limestone, wet concrete note. The mouthfeel is direct yet finesse-driven and the finish is quite clean, crisp, and salivating.
2020 Cep Vineyard Estate Pinot noir, Sonoma Coast
The aroma of the 2020 Cep Pinot noir leaps out of the glass exploding with red fruits like pomegranate, raspberry, apple skin, black cherry and plum. There is real fruit impact and the texture is smooth, soft and round. This is a crowd-pleasing Pinot noir with some savory elements but mainly the fruit is leading the show. You can drink this now and in the next 5 years.
2019 Cep Vineyards Estate Syrah, Sonoma Coast
The 2019 Cep Syrah is another great Syrah, particularly when you consider the price. It is true to its cold climate Syrah roots with a quite appealing red berry driven nose with hints of iodine, olive, and juniper berries.
2021 Peay Vineyards West Sonoma Coast Chardonnay
I did a double-take when I tasted this wine, thinking I had mistakenly grabbed the 2021 Estate Chardonnay.
2021 Peay Vineyards Estate Viognier, Sonoma Coast
Peay Viognier does not often resemble the typical French or American Viognier in style. This is due to our very cold location for growing this grape variety.
2021 Peay Vineyards West Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
The nose of the inaugural West Sonoma Coast Pinot noir is seductive with floral, hippie aromas, and red fruits swirling above our signature, earthy, base note.
2021 Peay Vineyards Savoy Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley
The 2021 Savoy is yummy with layers of dark cherry and spice. The mid-palate is round while staying lithe with light tannins framing the fruit.
2021 Peay Vineyards Pomarium Estate Pinot Noir
The aroma combines the floral, earth, and dark fruit character typical of the cuvée. In the 2021 vintage, it is so gorgeous, I had a hard time getting my nose out of the glass to sip the wine.
2020 Peay Vineyards La Bruma Estate Syrah, West Sonoma Coast
We made eight barrels of La Bruma Syrah in 2020. That’s it.
