If you have never tried our Syrah, I encourage you to pick up a few bottles. I am not supposed to prefer wines, as they are all my children, but the Syrah simply beckons to me when I enter my cellar to grab a bottle for dinner. There is so much character. The lavender and violet notes that distinguish La Bruma from Les Titans emerge as the wine opens with air. The palate has more of the savory iron notes like a medium rare strip steak. Hints of blood orange and blackberry linger on the bright finish. This is such an excellent wine to pair with rich dishes due to the depth of flavor but also the bright acidity. I love this wine.
